About Raise the Barn: The New Glasgow Farmers Market is a non-profit organization. We are currently raising funds that will go to help us to “Raise the Barn”. Raise the Barn is our campaign to replace our unheated dome building with a heated, year-round facility (yes, an actual barn!) allowing us to accommodate all vendors who wish to attend who are otherwise turned away due to lack of space.
“The Barn” will allow us not only to accommodate vendors, but we will be able to offer a heated space for the community to continue to gather in the winter and be able to entertain the possibility of running more programs and making the Market more accessible during the cold winter months.
